Located in the picturesque area known as Kerobokan, Villa Baliku is located a short ten minute drive by car to the upscale areas of Seminyak and Legian, which boast some of the finest shopping, dining, and nightlife on the island, along with several fine beaches ideal for swimming and

This contemporary Asian-influenced villa provides an open-air lodging from which to escape the bustle of downtown and retire into ones own private world. A traditional village of Banjar Padang and paddy fields are framing the access ways to Villa Baliku.

The villa was carefully designed in minimalist modern, accented with touches of Balinese elements and selective usage of natural materials. Two semi-separate buildings constitute the main living areas of the villa, separated by an open lawn and swimming pool, and natural Palimanan tiled walkways.

The main building consists of a living area, dining area for 6 people and a kitchen. The living area is adjoining with the master bedroom with a large private ensuite bathroom. The design is dedicated to have true tropical living experience, maximizing enjoyment of soothing breeze against the burning sun.

A cute dining terrace is located to the far left of the structure, allows the guests to have an easy and nice breakfast by the pool. The second bedroom and third bedroom, each one with large ensuite bathroom, are situated in the second building. All the bedrooms features queen-sized bed, are air-conditioned, and can be opened up by sliding glass doors if fresh air is desired.

Garden in the front-yard was landscaped with only few large trees to maximize enjoyment of sun burn and breeze flow. 7 meters swimming pool as the centre-point offers poolside deck with sun-loungers.

Awang-Awang can be translated as “floating in the space between heaven and earth” – the perfect description for this beautiful villa perched on the edge of a gorge with breathtaking views of the sacred Petanu River and lush tropical forest.

Location:

Situated in the cool highlands 5 kms from Ubud, famous for its fine art galleries, restaurants and rich cultural life, the villa is a 50 minute drive from the air-port. The ten minute drive from Ubud meanders through stunning scenery of lush rice-fields, mountains and the sacred volcano Gunung Agung towering in the distance.

Villa:

The house was designed by the Balinese architect Ir. Ida Bagus Wiadnyana according to ancient traditions with the correct alignments toward the holy mountain.
Traditional materials are used throughout to harmonize with the environment – alang-alang thatched roofing, hand-made terracotta floor tiles, stone and marble, all crafted by local artists. The house is cooled by fans and natural cross breezes over water gardens.

Entry is via the traditional Balinese gate-way protected by stone guardians. The stone pathway lined with heliconia, orchids, gingers and frangipani leads through tranquil lotus and water-lily filled fish ponds. Antique Javanese doors open onto the large main living area with a soaring alang-alang roof and spectacular views from the open terrace.

Bedrooms:

Antique Javanese doors open from the living room to three bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-sized bed made from old teak-wood and an antique batik table.
A dressing room leads to the marble bathroom with a large terrazzo bath-tub and the outdoor shower area with a hand-carved stone mural. The second bedroom has an antique Javanese queen –sized bed while the third contains two single beds. A large terrazzo and marble bathroom with a deep tub, outdoor shower and double vanity is shared between the 2 rooms.

Lower level:

Stairs lead down to the open dining area with its spectacular views across the lush valley and the sounds of the flowing river below. The dining table is constructed from sections of an antique Javanese house and comfortably seats up to 10.

The kitchen has granite bench tops and is well-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, gas cook-top and modern appliances and utensils.

Antique Javanese doors lead to the fourth bedroom which contains a queen-sized bed and a marble/terrazzo en-suite. Sliding glass doors open to the terrace.

Bottom level:

Steps lead down to the sun deck, pool shower and the infinity edge swimming pool with its stunning backdrop of tropical forest.

Furnishings:

The house contains many unique pieces of antique furniture from Java and Lombok and is decorated with traditional weavings, carvings, statues, and antique shadow puppets. There is a television, CD player, VCR, DVD, and a collection of CD’s and books.

Village and Staff:

The Villa is part of the village of Melayang and guests are always warmly welcomed at local temple ceremonies. Every morning the village priest presents offerings to the gods both inside the house and at the various house temples in the garden.
Our staff are from Melayang and they not only excel in taking care of guests, they are also accomplished carvers, painters and musicians.

Villa Sanur Residence (9br)

The splendid Sanur Residence comprises nine bedrooms encompassed within three self-contained buildings set side-by-side in a spectacular beachfront location on Bali’s south east coast.
The residence is an ideal venue for weddings, parties and events. The expansive terraced garden, set against the stunning backdrop of the Balinese coastline, is the perfect spot for saying “I do”. The accommodation designed for families and groups of up to eighteen people. The three individual buildings share a number of common facilities including the garden, the 23 x 6.5-meter swimming pool, and a communal dining room serviced by a commercial kitchen where an internationally trained chef and his team cater to the culinary whims of the guests in 5-star fashion.
The Sanur Residence is characterised by contemporary tropical architecture, an abundance of light, huge aluminium-framed picture windows, broad balcony-terraces, and a crisp white décor. Each 2-storey building accommodates up to six people. All three buildings boast different features, but each includes three bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, a living room and dining room with a table for six, a fully fitted kitchen, additional sitting areas and spacious terraces. The beautiful landscaped garden – complete with reflective ponds, flat green coastal lawns and a romantic relaxation pavilion – is bordered by rice fields, sweet corn and tobacco plantations, and bounded by papaya and banana groves. The property blessed with dramatic views of the coastline and the ocean, stretching all the way from Sanur to Mt Agung in the east. The glorious sunrises in this part of Bali are legendary, and can be enjoyed from the terraces of all three of the buildings that comprise the residence. In the early mornings, the mysterious towering sea cliffs of the neighbouring Nusa Penida Island will be bathed in a warm pink glow. The beach is just 50 metres away and is good for surfing and safe for swimming. It is accessed via a path through the rice fields, and boasts a private timber deck for the use of guests at the residence. From here it is fun to watch the local fishermen going out every day in their colourful jukung outrigger boats.

Every room in the Sanur Residence is air-conditioned and guests also have the option of ceiling fans. Entrances are flanked by ornamental pebble-lined ponds and protected by solid doors that swing open into the cool interiors. Upstairs and downstairs, folding glass doors open onto a plethora of terraces, allowing the cool sea breezes to permeate. Dark wood finishes are complemented by white quilt covers, white soft furnishings and colourful local artwork. Every bedroom features a timber floor and is equipped with a TV with local channels and DVD player, in addition to top quality King Koil mattresses, a telephone, safe deposit box, and an emergency button. Every master bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi tub, shower, hairdryer, shaver mirror, electrical shaver socket, and a thoughtful array of shampoo and bath products.

Building No. 1

Building No 1 is the westerly building of the residence. The open-plan Living Room, Media Room & Dining Room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a nestle of coffee tables, a dining table, and a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player and music system. The stylish, dark grey floor is composed of non-slip, burned granite. An alternative cosy Sitting Area overlooks the gardens and view.

The integrated Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob with a stainless steel hood, an abundance of fitted cupboards, a black marble work surface, a family-size stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster and wine rack. There is also a walk-in storeroom.

A powder room with basin and toilet is located next to the open staircase.

The Master Bedroom situated downstairs, furnished with a dark wood queen size bed, a lazy chair, bedside tables and a rug; folding doors open into the garden. The light and airy en-suite marble bathroom features twin washbasins, a coffee and cream marble floor and vanity unit, mirrors, white walls, and a ribbed marble floor that forms the base of the rain shower behind a glass partition. An oversize Jacuzzi bathtub is set in marble beside a big frosted glass window. A dressing area next to the bathroom boasts fitted wardrobes with frosted glass doors and a full length mirror.

Bedroom 2 is located upstairs and is furnished with twin beds with leather headboards, fitted wardrobes, and a comfy cushioned sofa. Glass doors open onto a short timber deck with a swinging bench seat. The en-suite marble bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle behind a glass door, toilet and washbasin. Frosted glass doors slide open to reveal a sunken Jacuzzi tub, shared with the bedroom next door.
Bedroom 3 furnished with a queen size bed, and incorporates a small library with a desk. The en-suite bathroom is a mirror version of the bathroom adjoining Bedroom 2, and once again frosted glass doors slide open to reveal the sunken Jacuzzi tub, shared with Bedroom 2. A precious feature is the huge 5 x 7-metre sunny lava-stone tiled Terrace, accessed from both bedrooms, which are also blessed with wonderful views of the sweeping coastline, Nusa Penida Island, and the neighbouring rice fields.

A unique feature of Building No. 1 is the light and airy basement, which incorporates the Main Dining Room with eight individual tables that can be joined together to create one large table if required. The terraced landscape ensures that even at this level, guests can enjoy the view. Glass doors on three sides open up to create a semi-open air dining experience. There is also a wine cellar and an adjoining powder room with basin and toilet. This dining room is located next to the Full Service Kitchen that caters for the whole residence.

Building No. 2

Building No. 2 is the centre building of the residence, and is characterised by a cream polished granite floor. It features a raised Dining Area furnished with a richly grained coconut shell dining table and chairs by the Bali-based Italian designer ‘Carlo’. The Kitchen is located to one side. It is very similar to the kitchen in Building No. 1, complete with a breakfast bar and high seats.

Four steps lead down to the Living & Media Room, which furnished with two exquisite soft leather sofas and a matching ottoman. A 42-inch plasma screen TV, DVD player provided for the entertainment of the guests. Kids will enjoy sitting on the yielding beanbags. More glass doors open up onto a terrace with a daybed. A powder room with basin and toilet is located next to the living area.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both located downstairs, and furnished with queen size beds and fitted wardrobes and share bathroom.

The Master Bedroom, located upstairs, flanked by another generous Terrace, which can also be accessed from a glass door located halfway up the open staircase. This breezy hangout is a great spot for enjoying the sunrise. No expense has been spared with the furnishings of the sumptuous master bedroom. The bed is comprised of a pair of twin beds, and a living area furnished with a coconut shell table by Carlo, sofas, a fridge, and a penshell cabinet. Part of the terrace features a small wooden sundeck furnished with chairs and big umbrella and accessed from the sitting area. The huge en-suite bathroom is fitted with ‘His & Hers’ washbasins, a rain shower and toilet at one end and a Jacuzzi bathtub at the other end. Large picture windows overlook a rural scene; and open air spaces above the bath and shower ensure a constant airflow.

Building No. 3

Building No. 3 is the easterly building of the residence, and is characterised by a dark, burnt granite non-slip floor. The Dining Area with a table for six is located next to a wooden deck sheltered by a pergola. The kitchen is very similar to the kitchens in Buildings Nos. 1 & 2, and is located to one side. The Living Area is central, furnished with a large bamboo daybed facing the ocean view.

This is the only building with a separate, self-contained media room – a cosy Home Theatre with a 60-inch screen for projecting movies and satellite TV channels. The room furnished with a sofa, beanbags and shelf units.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are accessed from halfway up the stairs; Bedroom 2 is furnished with twin bed and a futon. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and sofa. Both feature en-suite bathrooms linked by a Jacuzzi bathtub in the same layout as Bedrooms 2 & 3 in Buildings Nos. 1 & 2.

The wide Terrace is accessed from a door on the next level, and is encompassed by a low wall planted with lush green foliage. This terrace can also be accessed by seven steps leading down from the Master Bedroom on the top floor. This master room boasts a sitting area with library and an extended coconut shell desk by Carlo, fitted along the length of one wall. More coconut shell and mother of pearl bedside shelves by Carlo flank the queen size bed. The cream marble en-suite bathroom is similar to the Master Bathroom in Building No. 2 with the addition of the bathtub access, which is in the form of a small bridge traversing the bubbling pebbles of an ornamental pond. Windows on three sides of the Jacuzzi tub take in the awesome view; the modesty of the guests is protected by the provision of blinds.

Garden and Pool

The garden beckons guests to laze in one of the many relaxation areas with a book, or perhaps a cocktail while watching the fishermen and the surfers. It is dominated by an enticing 23 x 7-metre pool, above which rests twin reflective ponds on a slightly higher level. The ponds are filled with crystalline chlorinated water around twin central sections filled with fresh water and lilies. Twisting tri-coloured frangipani trees overhang the timber deck beside the infinity-edge pool, which appears to overflow into the rice fields. On the lowest terrace, raised above the rice field, is a sunken bale relaxation pavilion, facing the view, complete with built-in cushioned seating and a rustic table.

Quiet and safe, The Sanur Residence ideally situated in a rural beachside, setting less than ten minutes from the historical village of Sanur. The recent construction of the Sanur-Kusumba by-pass, from Seminyak to Candidasa, positions the residence within easy driving distance of most of Bali’s tourist attractions. The diversity of Bali presents everything from diving, cultural show, cruising and trekking, to adventure sports and theme parks. Horse riding takes place at the Saba stables, and three of the best golf courses in the world are located within easy driving distance. The Villa Inti comprises of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with separate bathroom en-suites. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds and the third bedroom has two oversized single beds. There is a spacious lounge area with library, games, plasma television with satellite connection, VCD/DVD and CD players. Internet connection is also available. The living area has a large antique day bed with scattered cushions which overlooks the swimming pool. The dining area seats six people comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Villa Inti is a traditional designed villa offering both warmth and charm to its guests.

The swimming pool looks out to some spectacular scenery and lush green rice terraces along with pool loungers and umberellas for relaxation. The villa is well suited to couples and families alike. For the infants there is a portable cot that pulls out to be a change table.

With a total of seven staff to cater to your everyday needs, including 2 excellent trained cook and housekeepers, 2 gardeners and pool attendants, 3 security staff and a villa manager.

Each morning a continental breakfast is served in the villa which includes fresh fruit, toast, tea or coffee. All other food and beverage requirements are on personal expense. There is a villa menu available with a selection of both western and Indonesian cuisine. The required food is bought fresh on a day to day basis by the head cook.

The spectacular 4-bedroom Villa Canggu, complete with 20-metre swimming pool, is located just 50 metres from the beach in the tiny fishing village of Nelayan – literally meaning ‘fisherman’ – close to Canggu on Bali’s southwest coast.

Designed to maximize the natural light, and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. There are numerous relaxation areas, so guests will always find a private spot for peace and quiet. In fact, a large family or group of people could stay at the villa and still lose each other within its depths. In addition to this, guests have the choice of a number of different eating areas, all of which present a unique atmosphere, enhanced by the constant sound of the waves together with wonderful views of the beach and the Indian Ocean.

Garden, Pool & Sunset Deck

The garden of the villa is dominated by a 20 x 5 meter lap pool, with a waterfall at one end. There is also a children’s pool fed by water spouts. A timber sun deck, furnished with four sun beds and two umbrellas, runs the length of the pool and on the opposite side is the ‘Sunset Deck’ a large wooden deck resting at the same elevation as the upper floor of the villa. Soothed by the sound of the waterfall, this is an enchanting area for chilling out with a cocktail at sunset enhanced by beautiful views of the Indian Ocean. Underneath the deck is another relaxation area, which is also suitable for al fresco dining, and furnished with sofas, a dining table and bench seats. The walled garden boasts a neat flat lawn dotted with sweet-scented frangipani trees and towering coconut palms. At the top end of the pool is a stone deck sheltered by pink frangipani trees, and above this is a wide flight of sixteen stone steps, this grand entrance takes visitors up to the large living and dining room on the upper floor.

Master Bedroom

The air-conditioned Master Bedroom is located at ground level. It features a warm timber floor and modern dark wood furnishings including a king size bed, softly cushioned chairs, an ottoman, a large wall mirror and an L-shaped desk in one corner. A large cabinet houses a 21-inch TV, together with a DVD and quality sound system. The interior décor showcases the chic signature style of Dean Kempnich, with an olive and deep cerise theme. The bed is dressed in sumptuous silk fabrics with an array of scatter cushions in toning shades. This picture of luxury is completed with funky cerise-pink lamps.

A spacious adjoining dressing room presents plenty of storage and hanging space, with fitted cupboards and large wall mirrors. There is also a safe deposit box.

The dressing room leads into an en-suite terrazzo-floored bathroom, characterized by a large terrazzo bathtub. Twin ceramic washbasins rest upon a terrazzo vanity unit and the toilet is positioned to one side. All of the guests’ needs have been considered with the installation of excellent lighting. At the far end of the bathroom is a walk-in shower boasting a semi-open air ambience and an abundance of natural light, due to the provision of an open area at the top and sides of the shower, which allows the cool breezes to circulate. The shower is complemented by a myriad of textures with a Palimanan stone and pebble floor, timber paneling, frosted glass, and a random rock wall.

Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom on to a stone verandah furnished with two cushioned chairs and a table. Sheltered by a roof, this shady nook is bordered by a hedge of bulrushes for privacy.

Children’s Bedroom with adjoining babysitter room

The second bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for children because it is adjoined by a small room designed to accommodate a babysitter. The babysitter room is furnished with cupboards and a bed.

The children’s room features twin mattresses resting upon a wide base. This air-conditioned room is also suitable for a couple, because the mattresses can be pushed together to create a double bed. The room features a wall-length desk, built-in shelf units, a timber floor, and a very private verandah accessed by sliding glass doors and located in the back corner of the villa’s walled garden. The verandah is furnished with two chairs and a table. The bedroom is also equipped with a 20-inch TV, DVD and sound system, and a safe deposit box. A dedicated dressing area features a large wall mirror and fitted cupboards. The en-suite terrazzo bathroom presents a vanity unit with a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower, complete with tiled floor, random rock walls and frosted glass screens, which are open at the top to allow cross ventilation of the natural breezes.

Kitchen

The state-of-the art service kitchen is fully equipped with everything that the staffs need in order to prepare delicious meals. Located on the ground floor, it is fitted with gleaming appliances, black marble units, a central island, and a large oven with a six-burner gas hob. This expansive and impressive kitchen is also a professional facility for outside caterers to prepare lavish feasts for weddings, parties and special functions. A precious feature, rarely seen in Bali, is the electric food elevator, designed to convey food and other items from the kitchen to the dining room on the upper floor.

The kitchen area is also the location of the linen room, laundry, and staff rooms.

There is a guest washroom located on the ground floor close to the main entrance.

Living & Dining Room

The magnificent Living & Dining Room is the central focus of the villa; it is accessed by a grand flight of Palimanan stone steps leading up from the pool terrace, in addition to another staircase located near the front door. This long room is characterized by a polished wood floor with a terrazzo border under a soaring dark timber roof. Colourful local artwork adorns the walls and, at one end, sliding glass doors open onto a verandah with a gorgeous ocean view. As soon as these doors are opened, the room is filled with cool sea breezes accompanied by the melodious sound of the waves. A set of folding glass doors above the central staircase can be opened to increase the effects of the cross ventilation, and the room is also equipped with four pendulous steel ceiling fans. When the doors are closed, guests have the option of air-conditioned comfort.

The living area is on the seaward side of the room, furnished with a long sofa, scatter cushions, ottomans, a coffee table, an arching chrome standard lamp, and a dark wood cabinet housing a TV, DVD player and quality sound system.

More doors at the opposite end of the living and dining room lead out onto a large U-shaped stone deck, which wraps itself around the far side of the villa, more than doubling the space of the living and dining area, thereby making it a perfect venue for parties. One section of this deck is sheltered by a timber and clear polycarbonate roof, which provides shade while still allowing the natural light to shine through. This cool verandah is furnished with a circular table and chairs, ideal for casual alfresco dining. Another area is furnished with a large built-in cushioned daybed for relaxing, sleeping or sunbathing.

Bedrooms 3 & 4

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located on the upper floor, on the same level as the living and dining room. Furnished with queen size beds, desks and ottomans, these air-conditioned bedrooms feature wooden floors, and each follows an olive and chocolate colour theme. Each is equipped with a TV, DVD player and sound system, and safe deposit box. One room has a narrow balcony and the other boasts a large stone balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Both of the bedrooms, the balconies and the bathrooms boast glorious sea views. Each bedroom has a dressing area with built in storage, and each has an en-suite terrazzo bathroom equipped with a porcelain washbasin, a toilet, wall mirrors, and a walk in shower comprised of natural green tiles and frosted glass screens, open at the top to facilitate cross ventilation of the natural sea breezes.

These two bedrooms have an interconnecting door, located between the dressing areas. The door can be locked or left open according to guest’s needs.

Rooftop Verandah

A spiral staircase extends from the living room verandah up to a unique chill-out area located at roof level. Here, another breezy verandah is cooled by sea breezes and sheltered by a timber and clear polycarbonate roof. The view from here, of Bali’s dramatic coastline stretching all the way down to Uluwatu, is spectacular.

Services

Villa Canggu is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. The team also includes an in-house chef, butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants and security guards operating on a 24-hour shift basis. The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the guests. The housekeepers fulfill all of the housekeeping duties while also taking care of the daily laundry. Baby-sitting and massage services and the facilities of a car and driver are also available on request at an extra charge. Villa Keraton (4br)

A comfortable 4 bedroom oasis, safe in the heart of Seminyak, a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, exciting shopping, supermarkets, farmacy, money changers and only 10 minutes to the famous Eat Street in Oberoi.

POOL
Located in between the 2 Bales / gazebos, away from living areas & it has a full day of sun, deck chairs surrounding the pool, an antique Madurese door and a carved stone sculpture of “Dewi Tara” ends of the pool.

FIRST FLOOR
The master bedroom is fully air conditioned features a king size bed with mosquito net, classic Javanese sofa, marble top side tables, large en-suite bathroom, full length mirror, private terrace with view of the pool and garden & separate from the living area.

The second bedroom is fully air-conditioned, features large queen size bed, en-suite shower complete with sofa & low table. There is a long antique table at window serves as a laptop station overlooking rice fields.

SECOND FLOOR
The master bedroom is rather large with classic Balinese ambiences, exposed ceiling of 6 meters tall, windows open toward the sunset and sunrise, and antique desk & chairs, telephone connection for computer sitting area. There is also a lounge sofa with coffee table. A gentle breeze keeps the room cool day & night. Charming mosquito net covers the king size, bedside tables & lamps, ceiling and floor fans, en-suite bathroom with bathtub walk in wardrobe / dressing room & a full length mirror. The living room with satellite TV overlooking the pool and garden views.

DINING
Dining table sits 10 on cushion covered slim chairs with ceiling fan. An outdoors dining area seats 6 persons, shade provided by a garden umbrella. The table can be easily combined for bigger party.

LIVING AREA
There are many lounge spots thru the living, large sofas & big chairs, antique Madura wedding bed services as a day bed. There is a pool table, board games, books, satellite TV 29” with international news, movies & sport, cartoon, travel and cultural channels. The audio complete with CD / VCD / & DVD players. The living is cooled by ceiling & floor fans.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with 2 large refrigerators, stove, oven, toaster, juicer machines for fresh tropical beverages. Bar & big windows open on to the garden & the kitchen is completed with utensils, cutlery & crockery.

STAFF
The villa is fully staffed.
“PUTU” is a house keeper & a cook works from 09.00 to 17.00 week days. There are 3 maids who look after the household cleaning work from 08.00 to 21.00 in 2 shifts from Monday to Sunday..

PERSONAL LAUNDRY
Villa does not provide laundry facilities however a professional laundry will pick up, wash, iron & delivery for small cost.

The property designed and built by award winning New Zealand designed Ross Franklyn has been featured in the Bali press as a million dollar hideaway. Villa Umah Kedash consists of a main house and entertainment center also housing the Master Bedroom. Several Villas are discretely hidden in the gardens as guest pavilions, each featuring Bali Garden Bathrooms and air conditioned.

The main building features an Alang-Alang (Bali grass) roof soaring to over 20 the property is surrounded by old stone walls of indeterminate age. A Staff of seven fully trained people insures 24 hour coverage and attends to the guests every need. A professional manager who is English speaking can arrange everything from guides, shopping tips as well as restaurant suggestions. A western trained Asian fusion Chief can accommodate dining pleasures as fine as any Balinese restaurant or buffet parties for up to 60 people. On those occasions additional parking is also available adjacent to the premises.

Upon entering the property you are greeted by several Balinese guardians long dead and memorialized in stone by one of Bali s master stone carvers, a tropical pond with old Bali water gods provides a sense of the Bali Character. To the Right are the staff quarters and a full laundry area. To the left is the entertaining area furnished in a blend of valuable Indonesian antique furniture and artifacts and contemporary works. The spacious living, dining and entertaining area is complete with a full music, video system as well as CD/VCD/DVD library.

The Master Bedroom is spacious complete with mosquito netted canopy bed. Fans and air-conditioning complete the room. The Master Bath features a shower, bath tub and outdoor orchid garden. The two other pavilion villas are unique. Villa Nikki is hidden amongst a rice terraced garden and is flanked by sculpture and a coy pond. It is fully air-conditioned and consists of a living bedroom suite and Balinese garden Bath room. Villa Madura is two stories the upper floor overlooks the night market, sacred mountains. And pastures. The garden level has a living area which can double as a forth bedroom. A separate entrance can also service this villa. Of course the main bedroom is air-conditioned. The pool is and large and kidney shaped. It is Children Friendly featuring wide areas of shallow lounging or children play area. The professional staff can provide any level of baby sitting services
